How do I enter a discount code at checkout?

At checkout, click "Show Order Summary" to display the coupon code field. Enter your code, then click "Apply."

How long does it take for delivery?

Orders are processed between 1 to 3 business days and we ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 5 business days for delivery.

What courier do you use?

We exclusively use USPS (United States Postal Service).

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! Please choose Priority as your shipping method.

Why haven't I received an email confirmation?

An automated email is sent to you to the given email address when your order is initiated. Please check all folders including your junk and spam folder. Add sales@stacysugar.com to your safe list.

What can I expect in terms of quality?

Items are generally made of the same types of materials found in costume jewelry and should be maintained accordingly. Unless otherwise stated, all accents such as stones and pearls are faux pieces. Our merchandise is delivered in good, pre-owned condition. All items are carefully inspected for missing stones and scratches.

Can I pickup from you?

Can I track my item?

Yes. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been processed. This email will also contain your tracking number. Please visit https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input to track your order. For orders placed after 4pm on Friday, your order will may not be trackable until it has been collected from us the following Monday.

How do I know you've received my return?

We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact us via email.

How long will it be before I receive a refund?

Once we receive your item(s) back, our we will inspect and restock the goods. Once this is complete, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.

Who pays for return postage?

If you are returning an unsuitable item for a refund we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost. Should you be returning a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

Why does the status of my item say "delivered" and it isn't there?

Please check with members of your household first to see if they accepted the package. Next, look around your front door to see if your postal delivery person has left it around your doorstep. Finally, check with your neighbors in the event there was a delivery mixup. There is also a possibility USPS marked your item delivered prematurally. You may want to wait an additional 1 to 2 business days to see if your package arrives. Please note that Stacy Sugar is not responsible for any stolen packages. It is the customer's responsiblity to provide a secure mailing address.

My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do?

Every effort is made to ensure your items are carefully packaged. If your items arrived damaged, please notify us immediately. We require photographic proof along with our original packaging in the photo.

Why do I have to sign for my package?

Orders totalling $500 and above will be shipped signature required.
