Items are generally made of the same types of materials found in costume jewelry and should be maintained accordingly. Unless otherwise stated, all accents such as stones and pearls are faux pieces. Our merchandise is delivered in good, pre-owned condition. All items are carefully inspected for missing stones and scratches.

Orders are processed between 1 to 3 business days and we ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 5 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available. Please choose Priority as your shipping method at checkout.

If an item you’re interested in is currently out of stock, you can sign up for notifications to be alerted when it becomes available again. Just enter your email on the product page, and we’ll notify you as soon as it’s back in stock.

Please check with members of your household first to see if they accepted the package. Next, look around your front door to see if your postal delivery person has left it around your doorstep. Finally, check with your neighbors in the event there was a delivery mixup. There is also a possibility USPS marked your item delivered prematurally. You may want to wait an additional 1 to 2 business days to see if your package arrives. Please note that Stacy Sugar is not responsible for any stolen packages.
